  • Organización Liber:

    • Description: Leading Mexican industrial consortium with over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and mass commercialization of household cleaning products, with distribution in the largest retail chains in North America.

    • Strategic role: It serves as the development partner and anchor offtake buyer. Liber acquires 100% of the recycled plastic pellet production generated at Renexis's circular micro-factories to reintroduce them as manufacturing inputs for its products, completely eliminating market volatility risk and truly closing the circular economy loop.

    • Description: Specialized provider of preventive health and mobile medicine solutions through Clinical Diagnostic and Health Risk Technology.

    • Strategic role: Responsible for the operation of the social component (the "S" in ESG).
